FAMILY PICTURES WITH MY DAD

There has never been a single official photo taken of my dad and all his kids. I have felt very impressed lately with Dads health getting worse as the years go on, to have this done somehow someway. My brother is in the Navy and is stationed in the Bahamas and only comes back a few times a year. Josh and I were originally waiting until later in Oct to have our own family pictures done by Laura, but when I found out my brother was coming into town for a week, I got a hold of her at the last minute to see if she could make it work with all of us. We found one day that would work for my sister and her family and ours, so we did it. It was a nightmare for us because Wade was sick and had a fever and was very cranky and Justin was hungry and cranky because it was dinner time, so needless to say our boys did not want to cooperate, but we got a few good ones. The first picture is the whole clan.
This is one of my favorites of Justin holding Pa's hand

Thanks to Laura for dealing with our cranky kids :) she is going to do pictures again of Josh and I and the kids in a few weeks, on a Sat. morning when kids are hopefully not sick and fed, stay tuned for that post!

AKRON MARATHON

I was SO thrilled to be apart of the Akron Marathon this year because I finally wasn't pregnant. I have been pregnant for the last 4 years with 3 kids and 2 miscarriages, so my body has taken a beating not to mention I have gained a ton of extra weight. Delaney was born in June and I was bound and determined to make myself run to jump start myself on a regimen to get back into shape. I have always liked to run, about 6 years ago, I was a certified aerobics instructor and weight lifting trainer (back in my glory days when all I did was weight lift and exercise and got paid for it, although it wasn't much but it was fun) and now I get a little down because I have gone to pot and have some health problems on top of it. But doing this race was a start to a new beginning for me and next year if my health allows it I am planning on doing the half marathon and if my health doesn't allow it I will do the relay again. I ran the last leg which was 8 miles, and my only goal was to do it without walking and to keep it under an hour and 45 mins, which I achieved both! It was so fun to just be down there and in that atmosphere, and I am so thankful for my friends who trained and did the relay with me, way to go ladies!!
This was the night before the race, we went out to eat to do a late pasta dinner, it was so fun and relaxing that we were all kid free that night :)

RANDOM UPDATES/PICTURES OF KIDS

Delaney is now old enough to go in the exersaucer, which just doesn't seem right, she should still be a newborn...Wade is also still making it known that he is a baby too and we better have not replaced him :)
These 2 pictures were taken when Wade has his sedation MRI and then his pediatrician visit for shots one right after the other. It was a rough day, and he is sooooo strong, I warned the nurses and doctors but they didn't believe me until they saw for themselves and then looked at me and told me I was right. Josh found this popeye shirt and thought it was so fitting for Wades personality. So far the MRI and his EEG came back normal, so now its just waiting for bloodwork, hearing and speech eval's and the ADOS test...In the end, my gut feeling is he is just an extremely hyper kid who can't focus and could possibly end up being ADHD, but we shall see what everyone says and how he does as he gets older, either way regardless of what issues he may have, he is the smiliest/happiest kid I have had yet and we are so thankful heavenly father sent him to us!

This was taken on Justin's first day of preschool, he was not thrilled about me trying to take a picture, so this is as good as it gets, the first 2 days were hard, but now he loves it and is making some baby step progress, he gets one on one speech therapy twice a week there too, he can now finally point to his eyes, ears, nose and mouth on demand which is huge for him. We are very proud of him for how well he did, he is such a sweet good boy and we hope with a lot of work and time he will catch up developmentally.

My 2 favorite girls, Natilie and Delaney, my friend from church Heidi (who is extremely talented with a sewing machine) made these adorable matching dresses, we just love them!!

Love this picture of Daniel and Natilie, its just too funny...

Justin being silly

The Juhasz's were so nice to have us over for a cookout, they have a nice big yard the kids had fun playing, we don't get invited to a whole lot of things (I think because we have so many kids, or if we do someone is sick) but we love hanging with our friends!

Natilie and Jamie had lots of fun on the 4 wheelers, one of our favorite family activities to do is 4 wheeling, someday we will own some :)

Wade was getting sleepy at the cookout

Back to school and some fun!

. I just love my big girl and her big bows :)

I can't believe summer is just about over and my kiddo's are back in school. This year I have 2 middle schoolers, which is scary to think that they are growing up so fast but at the same time I am a little happy because now Daniel and Natilie are at the same school and ride the same bus which makes it easier for me so now I just have one kid to drive to preschool. Daniel and Natilie were both so excited, I treated them to a back to school lunch at Rocknes (I had a coupon but they also love it there) that night they didnt even want to go to bed, they had their cute outfits all laid out and back packs ready to go. Natilie was expecially excited because she is now at the middle school but was nervouse too, Daniel said he would look out for her which made us both feel better. Daniel was excited because now that he is 7th grade he transitions to changing from class to class. They both LOVEd their first day of school and their teachers, I think its going to be a great year! Justin doesn't start school until Tues. the 7th, which I am having HUGE anxiety over but I will save that for another post when he has his first day.
Delaney is starting to be so alert, cooing, holding her head up, its going too fast!
These pictures are from an awesome Relief Society activity that was held at Dee Clarks home. We had lots of good company, yummy food, boat rides on Portage Lakes and a bonfire, it was a nice break for me for a few hours!

Heather, Gwendolyn, Me and Delaney, our girls are 3 weeks apart and are so cute!

Stacy and I on the boat ride..

My little man Justin is such a loving kid and he LOVES babies, real and baby dolls, he is such a good big brother. I decided to get him his own cheap doll since he wants everyone elses, and he likes to put diapers on it, wrap it in blankets and buckle it into Delaney's carseat, so cute, he is going to be such a good daddy oneday :)
