Wade didn't like the hat that much, but he managed to keep it on for a few seconds
Danile LOVES his little brother Justin!
Yesterday we went to Columbus for Josh's swearing in ceremony for passing the bar. We kept Daniel and Natilie home from school (with the approval of their teachers) and went down as a family. It started off nerve wrecking for me, I was driving and Natilie and Daniel pretty much fought and picked at each other the whole time, well until about 20 mins of getting there. I was going crazy...it is amazing to me how in the world they can fight over the dumbest smallest things.... Anyways, we stopped for SteakNShake for lunch before we arrived. The kids loved it there. Then we found our way to the theater....It was such a neat old fancy theater, it was such an awesome experience to be there. We got there a little early and got seats pretty close to the front. The ceremony was held like you were in a real courtroom, Daniel thought it was so neat to see the Justices in robes on the stage. We had Wade buckled into an umbrella stroller and I had baggies of corn puffs that I had hoped would keep the kids quiet...WRONG-O, we made it about 3 mins after it started and Wade started throwing a fit and then Justin started whining because Wade was crying, and mind you that the place is very very quiet, so I instantly took them to the back of the theater and stood for the next hour with Wade going crazy in my arms, trying to twist, roll, fall, hit, bite, cry and whine and jump on my very big preggo belly, and I was in 3 inch heels, the boys hadn't had their naps and boy was it showing. Justin did pretty good until the end and just stood by me the whole time, until Wade kicked him in the face and then he started crying...anyways, I was very nauseous and worn out by the time it was over, but I wouldn't have changed it for the world, I was so excited for Josh! I would have still gone even with knowing it was going to be difficult...This was a big accomplishment for him and we are just so proud of him and all that he does for our family! here are some pictures from his special day..

Oh my goodness! That is so awesome. How fun that everyone got to go and such a good experience for those kiddos. I bet Daniel wants to be a lawyer now. Way to go mama! Keep up the good work and dodging those punches. Youre going to be a pro anyday.
Congrats to Josh! Though the day was rough I am glad that all of you were able to be there and be a part of the experience. Lets pray and hope that I get to wrangle my own children through this ceremony in a couple of years!
Congrats to Josh- so sorry it was so tough on you though!
