Have you guys thought of renting? I bet with all of the students that come through our ward it would be easy to keep rented. I think in this market it could be hard to sell but a lot of people are looking to rent. I hope it sells fast!
I guess Josh doesnt want to rent if at all possible, but in 23 hours we have had 3 people call, so hopefully that is a good sign, everybody seems to want to move to Copley because of the schools and its rare to find a house in Copley for just under 100k, so hopefully thats on our side too :)
